Position: Business Systems Analyst at CI Financial
Become a vital part of CI Financial’s Wealth Technology team as a Business Systems Analyst. This in-office role involves collaborating with professionals to optimize processes and drive strategic goals.

As a Business Systems Analyst II, you will engage with project managers and IT teams to gather requirements, document user stories in JIRA, and ensure successful project execution. Your deep understanding of financial products and agile methodologies will play a crucial role in bridging technology and business needs. Help facilitate communication between stakeholders while enhancing quality assurance practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to gather business requirements

• Document user stories and maintain JIRA documentation

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment

• Develop and execute test plans for quality assurance

• Support smooth transition from project to operational support

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in business system analysis

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies

• Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Proficient in JIRA and backlog management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
