AV Support Technician

This contract position focuses on ensuring seamless operation of AV technology across multiple meeting spaces. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in AV support, particularly with Logitech and Google Meet systems. Your proactive approach will include troubleshooting, installations, and providing support for internal events alongside the Workplace Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily health checks of AV technology in conference rooms

• Troubleshoot Google Meet hardware and associated conference equipment

• Train employees on AV system usage and procedures

• Install and configure all necessary AV hardware in meeting spaces

• Assist with internal events, ensuring proper AV setup and support

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in AV and IT support roles

• Hands-on experience with Logitech and Neat Bar Pro technologies

• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially for conference environments

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and manage hardware installations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
