What is the opportunity?

As Senior Manager, Fraud Data Design & Integration, you will lead in the design, planning and successful delivery of fraud data requirements on business-led, Fraud-led, and ADT-driven initiatives for Credit & Fraud Management, with a focus on supporting Credit Fraud and Commercial Fraud initiatives. You will work closely with Transformation Fraud Strategy, Operations Transformation, and Fraud Technology teams, and be accountable for representing the collective interests of Data Science and AI (DSA) as a core project team member on key initiatives.

What

will you do?
  • Lead and mentor members of the Data Design and Integration team, providing oversight on their projects and enabling their success through guidance and mentorship
  • Contribute thought leadership and vision in the areas of project data design and planning by owning and continuously improving the process by which DSA supports project teams and initiatives, ensuring a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Gather, understand, and communicate CFM’s data requirements on initiatives, acting as a core member of project teams
  • Work closely with DSA stakeholders to ensure Data Science, AI, Analytics, and Reporting needs are met by project data requirements
  • Manage project risks, issues, and decisions related to data requirements, ensuring proper steps are taken to mitigate, elevate, and communicate detailed updates to leadership
  • Contribute to and review project documents, ensuring alignment between Business, Strategic, and Fraud data requirements, and contribute to successful project delivery by managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, critical paths, and solution design
  • Direct project brainstorming and prioritization exercises, provide business recommendations, translate priorities into project requirements, and provide direction during the development of launch playbooks
  • Review, approve, and execute UAT/PIV test plans for DSA use cases, ensuring fraud data interests are represented
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics, reporting, MIS (or similar), working with large, real-world datasets
  • Proven Change Leadership experience, in a high visibility role with interactions across all levels of the organization
  • Strong practical knowledge of Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, communication and managing project deliverables
  • Strong understanding of Agile Project Management and familiarity with Business Process & Data Modelling
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Professional communication and negotiation skills, including ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience performing data and gap analysis to identify data quality issues
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice-to-have
  • Strong collaboration skills – collaborate with like-minded team members to establish best practices, identify optimal technical solutions and data structure
  • Experience with walkthrough reviews of technical specifications, programs, and unit test plans.
  • Understanding of fraud analytics (fraud detection, ML models, Tableau reporting)
