In the role of AI Scientist & Engineer, you will design and support the development of machine learning and AI models to tackle complex business problems. Your expertise will enable the delivery of intelligent automated solutions, all while adhering to enterprise governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management. Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure scalable and viable outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and optimize AI and machine learning models

• Employ advanced tools like OpenAI API and Hugging Face

• Validate concepts and prototype scalable solutions

• Clean and analyze complex datasets

• Partner with teams to transform analytical insights into actions
Requirements:

• Proficient in Python with knowledge in R or Java

• Solid experience with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and SQL/No

SQL

• Familiar with AI patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation

• Skilled in cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure

• Practical experience with ML frameworks and MLOps
