• Senior Business System Analyst Profile - Production support
  · Production incident analysis

• Provide L2/L3 production support for applications and services.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Manage incident, problem, and change requests through ticketing tools.
• Perform application deployments and production releases as per change management processes.
• Support batch processing, job monitoring, and application scheduling activities.
• Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support and weekend maintenance activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and operational standards.

Salary Range - CA $ 90,000 - CA $ 120,000 Per Year
