• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to support project delivery and system enhancements
• Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and process reviews
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Support application modernization and technology migration initiatives
• Review code and technical documentation to understand application flow and dependencies
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, and project documentation
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and implementation activities

• Strong functional experience within the Banking domain
• Extensive experience in Business Systems Analysis
• Ability to understand code, application workflows, and technical migrations
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience conducting gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution design
• Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies
• Ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with application modernization and migration programs
• Exposure to APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience working with Banking transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts

Salary Range - CA $ 90,000 - CA $ 110,000 Per Year
