As the Director of SEO, you will spearhead SEO and Generative Search Optimization across key agency accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of clients' business goals, marketing strategies, and competitive landscapes. You will leverage your expertise in technical SEO, content creation, and cross-channel integration to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop SEO and GSO strategies tailored to client needs
• Lead a team of SEO specialists and oversee their development
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement solutions
• Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with SEM teams for integrated strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant Organic Search experience
• Fluency in Generative Search Optimization and LLMs
• Strong analytical skills with SEO tooling and analytics
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
