This role within Technology Solutions requires robust experience in managing containerized applications, focusing on Kubernetes (GKE/AKS). Your responsibilities will include operational support, resource optimization, and addressing performance issues within the GCP environment. Familiarity with ITIL processes and readiness for off-hours support will enhance your effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 24/7 operational support for Kubernetes environments
• Oversee container security and resource allocation
• Drive root cause analysis of incidents for continuous improvement
• Support GCP services and cloud-native technologies
• Stay updated with industry best practices and security threats
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Kubernetes and container technologies experience
• Understanding of GCP services and cloud environment
• Familiarity with scripting languages and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Relevant certifications (CKA, CKS, Terraform) preferred
