We're looking for an experienced technology leader to guide TMX's Post-Trade innovations and the Canadian Depository for Securities technology strategy. This strategic position requires expertise in digital securities technology, distributed ledger technology, and operational governance within a hybrid work environment based in Toronto. You'll be defining a multi-year modernization strategy and closely collaborating with business executives to align technology and product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic technology direction across all CDS and PTI aspects

• Define and execute digital market infrastructure strategies

• Establish target-state architecture for DLT integration

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle for post-trade platforms

• Oversee 24/7 support and incident command operations

Requirements:

• 10+ years in technology leadership within financial markets

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Proven track record in market transformations

• Deep understanding of systems architecture in financial tech

• Strong executive communication and interpersonal skills
