Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and recommend tailored SAP solutions

• Design and document SAP Success Factors modules accordingly

• Assist in developing and maintaining testing scripts

• Provide application support and system testing

• Train end users for effective software utilization
Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition modules

• Familiarity with integration points across Success Factors

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience leading full cycle implementations (4 minimum)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Project solutions
