• Manage and support enterprise platform infrastructure across Unix/Linux and Windows environments
• Administer and maintain Active Directory services, user access, and group policies
• Manage NAS storage infrastructure and file systems
• Support and maintain Azure cloud platform services and resources
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications on Open Shift
• Manage and support messaging platforms including IBM MQ and Kafka
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and capacity
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, platform, and middleware issues
• Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams to ensure platform stability and reliability
• Implement automation and operational best practices
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes

• Strong experience with Unix/Linux administration
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
• Experience with NAS storage technologies
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on Open Shift
• Hands-on experience with IBM MQ
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience with system administration, patching, and performance tuning
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Experience with automation and scripting
• Exposure to Kubernetes and container platforms
• Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops tools
• Knowledge of cloud security and infrastructure governance
• Experience with enterprise-scale production support environments

CA $ 90,000 - CA $ 110,000 Per Year
