Robertson is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period
: 12months with potential to extend and convert

Starting from $88 per hour

Job Responsibilities
:

• Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure environments in both Windows and Linux
• Build production-grade Azure environments from the ground up across Development, QA, Production, and Disaster Recovery platforms
• Deploy, configure, secure, and support Azure Databricks work spaces and supporting platform services
• Administer Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Storage, Networking, Monitoring, Backup, and Disaster Recovery solutions
• Design and implement highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, platform, networking, security, and performance issues
• Implement cloud security controls, governance standards, and operational best practices
• Support cloud migration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives
• Develop and maintain operational standards, procedures, documentation, and technical runbooks
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Power Shell, Bicep, or similar technologies
• Build automated deployment and configuration frameworks for Azure infrastructure and Databricks platforms
• Create reusable deployment templates and automated build processes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure deployments, platform upgrades, and configuration management
• Automate provisioning, patching, monitoring, compliance validation, disaster recovery testing, and operational activities
• Develop Power Shell and Python automation to reduce manual effort and improve platform consistency
• Maintain source-controlled deployment artifacts and infrastructure code using Git-based workflows
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Dev Ops, Application, and Architecture teams to deliver automated platform solutions

Experience & Qualification Requirements
:

• Undergraduate Degree required
• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, or platform engineering experience required
• Experience building enterprise Azure environments from scratch
