The Engineering Analyst I will support the Integrity Assessments & Risk – Facilities and Distribution team responsible for evaluating the condition and reliability of natural gas system assets. The role focuses on assessing risks associated with critical facilities and supporting asset integrity decisions through quantitative analysis and engineering data evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform quantitative analysis related to probability of asset failure and consequences of failure.
- Collect, review, and assess engineering and asset-related data.
- Conduct data quality assessments and validate data integrity.
- Analyze data patterns and trends to support risk assessment.
- Develop and select appropriate analytical and statistical models.
- Verify and validate analytical results.
- Interpret findings and provide recommendations to support engineering decision-making.
- Support assessments to determine whether assets are safe and fit for continued service.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Experience performing data quality assessment.
- Experience with Python, Relia Soft, or MATLAB programming.
- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Experience with reliability or statistical modeling.
- Experience working with Maximo or SAP.
