In this role, you will collaborate with a creative team of engineers and strategists to deploy Eleven Agents, our cutting-edge AI platform. Your key responsibility will be to synthesize customer needs and workflows to identify areas for impactful AI integration. You will facilitate flagship deals from inception to execution while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss AI transformation goals

• Manage flagship deals from start to finish

• Immerse in customer operations to drive outcomes

• Identify high-impact use cases alongside engineers

• Guide customers in deploying AI products effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role

• Experience in product development and change management

• Ability to engage in deal structuring conversations

• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
