As a Senior Security Engineer, you will take charge of enhancing security across Forma's platforms, applications, and internal systems. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Dev Ops, and IT teams, you'll identify risks, design practical security controls, and ensure smooth deployment of secure software. Your hands-on leadership will contribute to defining security policies and processes as the company matures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design security controls for AWS environments and IAM

• Automate security processes within CI/CD pipelines

• Conduct threat modeling and security architecture reviews

• Improve incident response and security monitoring

• Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001

Requirements:

• 6+ years in security engineering and cloud security

• Strong experience with AWS security and IAM

• Knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

• Scripting skills with Python, Bash, or similar

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
