Position: Senior Consultant, Cryptographic Security at CIBC
Shape the cryptographic future at CIBC as a Senior Consultant in Cryptographic Service Management. Manage security for cryptographic services while fostering a hybrid work environment.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be pivotal in developing and evolving CIBC’s cryptographic strategy. Your expertise will focus on Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to ensure optimal security and resilience. You will also be responsible for preparing for the Post-Quantum Cryptography era, directly impacting the protection of clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic roadmaps for data security and cryptography

• Oversee HSMs, key management, and cryptographic standards

• Build documentation for executive management on cryptographic strategies

• Act as a trusted advisor for application development teams

• Monitor and report on KPIs and KRIs for cryptographic performance

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in cryptographic security concepts

• Understanding of data governance and regulatory requirements

• Technical expertise in cryptographic processes and hardware

• Relevant certification (CISSP, CISA, or CISM)

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
