Quality Assurance Analyst

We're looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst, QA to support our Business Applications team in building and maintaining efficient, reliable business systems. This role blends hands‑on QA testing with business analysis — you'll help ensure new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements meet functional, performance, and reliability standards before they go live.

• Build test scenarios and test cases (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT) using Zephyr
• Execute manual testing across dev, test, and production environments
• Log, track, and resolve defects in Jira, partnering closely with project and support teams
• Validate business requirements and acceptance criteria ahead of deployment
• Support release readiness reviews and provide quality sign‑off input
• Maintain test documentation for audit, compliance, and change management
• Track quality metrics and defect trends to drive process improvements
• Write BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
• Support project teams on new system implementations and upgrades

• Degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or QA Analyst supporting software implementations in a global environment (cloud, hosted, on‑prem)
• Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., REST/API)
• Solid grasp of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zephyr, Azure Dev Ops, Test Rail, or Octane
• Oracle Fusion exposure (ERP/HCM modules such as GL, AR, AP, PPM, SCM, Core HR) a strong plus
• ISTQB, ECBA, or Oracle Fusion certification a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
