Technical Support Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support technology project delivery and change initiatives within an Agile environment. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to coordinate projects, manage change requests, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery.

• Coordinate project activities and change requests from initiation through closure
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Create and maintain user stories and project documentation
• Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and vendors
• Track project status, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Support Agile delivery processes and Jira backlog management

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Jira and project tracking tools
• Ability to gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder discussions
• Understanding of software development, networking, and technology concepts
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting pricing, lending, or financial services applications
• Experience managing change requests and vendor coordination
• Understanding of upstream/downstream system integrations
