Junior IT Business Analyst at Global Team

Become an integral part of the Business Applications team as a Junior IT Business Analyst focused on QA. In this role, you will blend hands-on QA testing with business analysis to ensure system effectiveness.

You will support the team in building and maintaining reliable business systems. This Junior Analyst role requires hands-on QA testing, including executing manual tests and creating test cases. You will log defects in Jira and validate business requirements to ensure systems meet performance and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute test scenarios and cases using Zephyr

• Perform manual testing across development, testing, and production environments

• Log defects in Jira and partner with project teams

• Validate business requirements before deployments

• Maintain quality documentation for audits and compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

• 2+ years as Business Analyst or QA Analyst in global environments

• Familiarity with Agile practices and SDLC

• Experience with test automation frameworks

• Strong analytical and communication skills
