In this senior position, you will lead the development of TPL's data analytics strategy and ensure the quality and security of enterprise data. Collaborating with various business leaders, you will facilitate data-driven decision-making and the implementation of effective analytics practices. Continuous improvement of TPL's data platform and governance structures is vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain enterprise data architecture
• Lead the continuous improvement of data platforms
• Manage data quality and metadata effectively
• Guide user experience and adoption of analytics services
• Communicate governance policies to internal teams
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields
• Proven expertise in data governance and business intelligence
• Experience in team management and change management
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Ability to build effective collaborations
Drive strategic data initiatives and enhance analytics capabilities at TPL.
