• Contribute to delivery standards and training programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or similar

• 6-8 years of Agile delivery experience with proven outcomes

• Certified Scrum Master and Professional credentials required

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Background in financial services preferred
