Key Responsibilities:

• Define IT solutions by analyzing business requirements

• Engage in workshops to develop detailed specifications

• Conduct impact analyses and document IT solutions

• Assist with quality assurance and user acceptance testing

• Maintain comprehensive functional documentation for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent

• At least 2 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst

• Experience in a Scrum environment

• Strong knowledge of web-based applications

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
