As IT Operations Lead, you will be our first dedicated IT hire, overseeing all corporate IT responsibilities in alignment with our compliance frameworks. This pivotal role focuses on security initiatives, device management, and internal support, ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports a growing team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT security and endpoint enforcement initiatives

• Manages Google Workspace user accounts and security settings

• Handle complete device lifecycle management processes

• Set up and evaluate SaaS software tools for security

• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding workflows

Requirements:

• 4-7+ years in IT operations with a focus on administration

• Strong experience in full-lifecycle Google Workspace support

• Familiarity with MDM tools in macOS environments

• Background in managing audit controls and compliance

• Excellent documentation and communication skills
