Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with CX teams on target-state customer journeys

• Translate strategies into actionable objectives

• Conduct usability tests and define success metrics

• Collaborate on content strategies including SEO and AIO

• Advise on design and content management best practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years in digital marketing or web strategy

• Deep understanding of user experience principles

• Familiarity with SEO, GEO, and analytics tools

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

• Project management and agile experience
