Collaboration with multiple departments ensures the efficient delivery of services and responsive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of legal technology solutions

• Manage legal vendor relations and e-billing processes

• Drive process improvement initiatives across legal operations

• Develop, maintain, and present operational metrics

• Create user training programs for effective technology use

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in legal operations or technology roles

• Expertise in contract lifecycle management and e-billing

• Strong process improvement and project coordination skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
