As a Tech Lead at VARITE, you will focus on defining and governing the Salesforce Financial Cloud’s integration and data models. Engage in hands-on development while providing leadership in areas such as Dev Ops practices and security compliance.
Your role will support business transformation initiatives for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design comprehensive architecture for FSC including API and data strategies
• Implement solutions using Apex, Flows, and Mule Soft technology
• Manage compliance with Canadian data regulations and security measures
• Mentor and oversee a team of developers in Salesforce practices
• Document architecture decisions and facilitate technical discussions
Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce technology stack
• Expertise in integration architecture and data governance
• Background in security compliance and risk management
• Familiarity with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Strong problem-solving skills in a technical environment
