Senior Analytics Consultant

Engage in data-driven threat detection as a Senior Analytics Consultant in Toronto with a hybrid work model. Contribute your expertise in fraud, AML, and cybersecurity to drive effective incident responses.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Fusion Data & Analytics. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to develop threat detection logic, specifically aimed at identifying financial crime patterns. Working collaboratively with various Lines of Business will be essential for delivering necessary support during incidents and coaching junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support incident response through data analysis

• Develop detection logics for threat scenarios

• Coach junior analytics team members

• Innovate processes through automation

• Collaborate across Lines of Business for insights

Requirements:

• 5 years in analytics, focusing on financial crime

• Strong experience in data handling and SQL

• Proficient in Spark/Python scripting

• Detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills

• Autonomous in a hybrid work environment
