This 12-month contract role involves working collaboratively with the squad to enhance ways of working and improve project delivery. You will directly influence the planning phases, backlog prioritization, and risk management while fostering team agility and execution efficiency.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in Agile Coaching or related roles

• Proven track record in supporting agile teams

• Strong ability to identify and mitigate risks

• Experience in managing cross-functional dependencies

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
