Systems Analyst for University Registrar

Join the University Registrar’s Office and collaborate with the VPSEM operations team to manage the CRM Slate platform. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience, with a focus on business systems development, user training, and documenting system requirements. You'll analyze needs, recommend enhancements, and ensure effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on documentation of system requirements

• Analyze and document business processes

• Contribute to developing business systems

• Plan and implement new system processes

• Train end-users on system functionalities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Expert knowledge of Technolutions Slate

• Minimum five years in IT and system design
