IAM Solution Designer

Position: IAM Solution Designer at York University
Join York University as an IAM Solution Designer to transform identity security frameworks. Utilize your extensive experience to enhance IAM solutions and services for a dynamic academic environment.
This role requires expertise in identity management systems and collaboration across departments. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will design, implement, and support effective IAM services to meet both technical needs and user expectations.

Your role is critical in establishing best practices in identity governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and evolution of IAM solutions

• Develop and troubleshoot SailPoint Identity IQ workflows

• Integrate IAM with directories and cloud applications

• Set IAM standards and best practices for scalability

• Train non-technical teams on IAM compliance and usage
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant IAM experience

• Minimum 7 years in identity management technology

• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO

• Scripting skills in Java, SQL, and JSON required

• Knowledge of identity governance and risk strategies
