Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete design lifecycle for your product area

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal staff

• Create seamless experiences for web, mobile, and Microsoft tools

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in Product Design, ideally in legal tech

• Strong ownership of design direction and stakeholder collaboration

• Skilled in Figma and delivering user-centric designs

• Clear communication skills in presenting design ideas

• Experience in environments focused on design evolution
