Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

Join RSM as a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, where innovation meets client satisfaction in a supportive, hybrid work culture.

In this role, you will help drive our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice to new heights by taking the initiative in project planning and execution. Your mission will involve closely working with clients, leading requirements sessions, and maintaining a high-quality development process for the D365 CE system. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate client requirements gathering meetings

• Create detailed design documentation

• Actively participate in D365 CE system development

• Interact with clients as the primary contact resource

• Engage in Agile and Microsoft Sure Step methodologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification a plus

• Experience with Scribe and SQL Server Reporting Services

• Knowledge of Field Service solutions
