Senior Advisor for Network Security Operations

This role involves supporting the network security operations team in executing high-level technical tasks and developing proactive security strategies. You'll engage with existing customer challenges while enhancing critical infrastructure through effective monitoring and problem resolution. Your skills will lead to improved customer service and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support for network security, including ZTNA

• Write and manage change requests in the operations framework

• Design network infrastructure meeting SLA requirements

• Create network diagrams and documentation for monitoring tools

• Engage in 24/7 support rotation for critical infrastructure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in technology-related field

• 5+ years in IP-based environments

• Proficiency in next-gen firewalls and DDoS systems

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Networking certifications are a plus
