As part of the Technology Services Branch, this position requires an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to support the Assembly's operational goals. Reporting to the Manager of Information Security, you will manage audits, lead incident response efforts, and develop cybersecurity frameworks. This is a backfill position where teamwork and communication are paramount for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interface with government bodies to ensure strong cybersecurity
• Lead internal security audits and implement findings
• Analyze incidents and compliance violations
• Formulate cybersecurity policies based on NIST standards
• Maintain robust documentation and reporting practices
Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years of cybersecurity experience
• Knowledge in penetration testing and cloud security
• IT degree focused on cybersecurity
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Effective problem-solving skills in client support
