The Operations Support Analyst role involves ensuring optimal application stability and incident resolution for mission-critical enterprise systems. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to maintain seamless operations while managing production support duties effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 operational support for applications
• Monitor system performance and integration processes
• Conduct certificate lifecycle management for applications
• Participate in deployment activities using Dev Ops tools
• Create and maintain operational documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years in application or operations support
• Strong experience with Red Hat Open Shift and Linux
• Familiarity with Auto Sys scheduling tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
