In this pivotal role, you will develop automation playbooks in Splunk SOAR and workflows in Ansible to support security operations. You’ll work with stakeholders to refine requirements and will play an essential part in implementing and maintaining new security technologies, ensuring a robust defense strategy. Being part of a 24x7 on-call support team, you will respond to incidents, ensuring streamlined operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop playbooks in Splunk SOAR using Python
• Create automated workflows in Ansible (YAML)
• Remediate errors within the automation environments
• Meet with stakeholders to optimize automation workflows
• Document cybersecurity playbooks and policies
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of Python development experience
• IT degree or 5 years in Information Technology
• 2-3+ years in security IT industry
• Preferred IT security certifications (CISM, CISSP)
• Strong communication skills for technical issues
