Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst (12 months) to modernize Palo Alto and Entra  supporting Zero Trust and identity-based security frameworks

Join a high-impact cyber transformation initiative within a leading financial services environment. This senior role focuses on policy modernization, integration of Palo Alto technologies with Entra , and advancement of enterprise Zero Trust principles. The position offers technical ownership across network security, identity management, and architecture optimization from project Phase 1 through delivery.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 1 day a week and 1 Friday a month

Must Haves

  • 7–10+ years in Information Security and Network Security
  • 5–7 years with Palo Alto Networks including SASE and Zero Trust implementations
  • Hands-on familiarity with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE)
  • Strong experience integrating Entra  (Azure AD) with network security tools
  • Proven ability designing identity-based security policies

    • Nice to Have

  • Cloud security experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Automation or scripting skills
  • Security certifications (nice but not required)

    • Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Palo Alto security policies and infrastructure
  • Integrate Palo Alto solutions with Entra  identity-based access control
  • Support Zero Trust and least privilege initiatives
  • Perform security assessments and recommend improvements
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for security platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business analysts to execute delivery
  • Document security processes, policies, and architecture
