As a key face of IT, this role demands a versatile professional ready to manage day-to-day IT operations in a high-autonomy setting. You will be responsible for provisioning and troubleshooting hardware/software, managing endpoint identity systems, and collaborating closely with the Security Engineering team to ensure system integrity. Your contribution will be crucial for supporting experimental lab activities and configuration management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT software and hardware issues
• Operate identity administration and endpoint management systems
• Manage networking, including Wi-Fi and cabling infrastructure
• Oversee conference room AV and meeting technologies
• Coordinate IT asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in IT support or corporate systems administration
• Hands-on knowledge in MDM systems and lifecycle administration
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience in end-user support with strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle management processes
