Lead Clinical Systems Implementation Specialist

Drive clinical technology success at TFP in Toronto, ON as the Clinical Systems & Digital Implementation Lead. Oversee all clinical technology deployments and ensure effective usage across the network.

In this full-time role, you will lead the implementation of clinical digital tools, EMR systems, and lab technologies in a multi-site healthcare setting. Your project management skills will be essential in coordinating with clinical teams, ensuring smooth operations from launch to sustained adoption, and developing a standardized implementation playbook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end digital tool deployment and EMR implementation

• Develop a scalable implementation playbook for the TFP network

• Track timelines, milestones, and go-live readiness for rollouts

• Conduct hands-on training sessions for clinic staff

• Implement and refine documentation for each deployment

Requirements:

• 5+ years in healthcare IT or clinical system implementation

• Proven experience with EMR rollouts in clinical settings

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Ability to translate technical concepts to clinical staff

• Familiarity with digital health product adoption is an asset
