As AVP Technology Lead, you will play a vital role in scaling and modernizing Sun Life Canada’s digital platforms. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to create effective digital strategies and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement digital technology strategies across units

• Lead delivery of digital platforms and capabilities

• Mentor technology leaders, fostering accountability and collaboration

• Oversee technology budgets and vendor delivery

• Ensure stability and security of digital assets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar field; advanced degree is an asset

• Over 10 years in technology leadership roles

• Experience with digital platform modernization

• Financial acumen in budget and vendor management

• Knowledge of regulated financial services preferred
