We are looking for a UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years in the field, capable of contributing to complex digital products. A strong understanding of design tools including Figma and communication skills for stakeholder management are essential. This role involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and leveraging insights from user research to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create prototypes and wireframes utilizing Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback
• Engage in Agile/Scrum processes to enhance design efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective presentations
• Develop user flows and journey maps for projects
Requirements:
• 3+ years of UX design experience required
• Strong skills in design tools like Sketch and In Vision
• Familiarity with Service Design frameworks is a plus
• Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities
• Degree in UX, HCI, or related field preferred
