We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance Life Insurance operations through data-driven insights. Reporting to the Head of Lead Management, your role will involve analyzing performance, maintaining reporting dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This role is critical for transferring best practices for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performance and lead conversion opportunities

• Create and maintain reporting standards for sales metrics

• Identify operational improvements for the Care & Support teams

• Support market expansion with documented operational learnings

• Track readiness milestones and report on implementation learnings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, or Economics

• 3+ years in a Data Analytics role

• Preferred experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services industry

• Proficiency with Python and visualization tools like Tableau

• Advanced data handling with Microsoft Excel
