In this critical position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of impactful products that help legal professionals streamline their workflow. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll leverage user research and analytics to develop user-centered designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your designs will directly affect product quality and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design projects from concept to detailed outputs
• Collaborate with diverse teams to shape product solutions
• Use insights from research to guide design efforts
• Align design proposals based on feedback and data
• Design for web and mobile platforms, including Microsoft add-ins
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of Product Design in a SaaS context
• Experience with design direction and stakeholder collaboration
• Proficient in tools like Figma and user research applications
• Capable of articulating design rationale to stakeholders
• Proven experience in evolving design practices
