VP of AI Strategy & Execution

Position: Chubb VP of AI Strategy & Execution
Lead the AI journey at Chubb as Vice President of AI Operating Model and Execution, driving enterprise-wide AI strategy. You will play a pivotal role in enabling employees to effectively collaborate with AI tools and agents.

This role requires a blend of strategic vision and operational expertise. Spearheading the development of the AI operating model, you will guide teams in the use of AI, defining the integration process of human roles with agent capabilities. Collaborate with various departments to ensure responsible AI adoption and governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI integration plans

• Partner with teams to introduce AI capabilities

• Establish governance for human-agent work ratio

• Lead change initiatives transitioning to AI models

• Build frameworks for feedback and metric tracking

Requirements:

• 10+ years in data, AI, or tech leadership

• Proven experience with AI product deployment

• Experience with team operating model redesign

• Agility in navigating complex enterprise environments

• Solid understanding of AI ethics and user experience design
