Vena Site Reliability Developer Opportunity

Focus on service automation and reliability as a Site Reliability Developer at Vena, available fully remote in Canada. This role is key to optimizing our SaaS operations and enhancing user experiences.

The Site Reliability Developer 1 position at Vena is a full-time opportunity that allows for remote flexibility or working from our Toronto office. You'll join a dynamic team dedicated to building highly scalable services while focusing on observability, stability, and security within Vena's SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement key components of ITIL, such as problem management

• Document operational processes and procedures

• Manage operational requests from application support teams

• Ensure system health and monitor service performance

• Identify root causes and propose improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• At least 2 years of IT Operations or Dev Ops experience

• Knowledge of AWS and cloud service infrastructures

• Capable of coding in various languages for real-world applications

• Experience with monitoring tools and CI/CD processes
