Senior Data Manager Public Library

As the Senior Manager of Data & Analytics, you will lead strategic data initiatives and ensure the effectiveness of data services provided by TPL. This includes developing governance frameworks to promote compliance, data quality, and accessibility. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks

• Manage and optimize enterprise data platforms

• Drive continuous improvements in analytics services

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure staff training and development in data practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Extensive experience in data analytics and governance

• Proven leadership experience in similar roles

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration capabilities

• Ability to navigate changing environments and priorities
