Guidewire Testing Lead Role

Join our team as a Guidewire Testing Lead, specializing in Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center testing. Drive essential validation processes in an Agile setting for insurance applications.

This role demands a professional well-versed in validating business-critical applications through various testing methodologies. You’ll work closely with development and business teams to ensure stability and quality in applications. Your responsibilities include designing test plans and executing tests, all while collaborating during sprint reviews and managing defects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios

• Conduct user acceptance and regression testing

• Actively engage in Agile requirements elaboration sessions

• Analyze and document defects via JIRA

• Prepare test reports and communicate risks effectively

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Guidewire testing tools

• Proven expertise in different testing methodologies

• Experience with JIRA and test management tools

• Basic SQL skills for backend validation

• Strong analytical skills for identifying gaps
