Enterprise Information Specialist

Position: Enterprise Information Specialist at OMERS

In this role, you'll be part of the Value Management, Risk and Governance team, reporting to the Associate Director, AI and Information Governance. You will lead efforts in enhancing the maturity of information management and support vital Enterprise Data Governance programs, ensuring compliance and effective data stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advance enterprise information management maturity

• Develop and implement information lifecycle strategies

• Manage records and data stewardship across Microsoft platforms

• Support policy maintenance and information architecture

• Provide governance tool assistance and training for teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Management or similar field

• At least 3 years in information management roles

• Familiarity with records management best practices

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Proficient with governance tools like SharePoint and Informatica
