You will work directly with the CEO to translate the company’s operational goals into practical automation roadmaps. The role involves managing daily activities, prioritizing automation tasks, and ensuring quality deliverables as part of a collaborative effort to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the automation team
• Work with executives to scope automation projects
• Manage project backlogs to ensure timely delivery
• Update leadership on project progress and risks
• Conduct workflow assessments and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in automation or IT
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages
• Proven ability to communicate technical details effectively
• Strong organizational and proactive capabilities
