About The Opportunity

Are you passionate about information security, technical writing, and building trust with customers? In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting customer growth by responding to security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, and client information requests. Working closely with Enterprise Security, Corporate Technology teams, Sales, and Account Management, you’ll translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly responses. This is an exciting opportunity to influence customer confidence, strengthen compliance resources, and help drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to information security sections of RFIs, RFPs, implementation requests, and client security questionnaires throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Interpret technical documentation and gather accurate information to support questionnaire responses.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Security teams to understand organizational security controls and emerging developments.
  • Liaise with Corporate Technology teams and third-party support providers to resolve technical product questions.
  • Ensure all responses meet customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and delivery timelines.
  • Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information and ensure confidential data is protected.
  • Support Sales and Account Management teams by providing information security expertise during customer engagements.
  • Maintain information security content within the internal RFP response system.
  • Assist business teams in responding to third-party security questionnaires (TPSQs).
  • Ensure technical documentation is regionally relevant and appropriately adapted.
  • Develop diagrams, charts, and visual content that improve response clarity.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure documentation can be effectively used by implementation and customer-facing teams.
  • Provide feedback to Information Security leadership on opportunities to improve trust, compliance, and technical documentation.
  • Recommend documentation improvements to IT and technology teams.
  • Coordinate the collection and maintenance of trust and compliance documentation.
  • Support customer audit activities and documentation requests.
  • Assist in preparing regular compliance and security reports for global clients.
  • Monitor Corporate Security team schedules and ensure supporting collateral is available when required.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
  • Good understanding of Information Security principles.
  • Experience creating customer-facing technical documentation and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
